Blog Day 2008, Startup News & Rescources for Entreprenuers
Blog Day is a day in which bloggers world wide, get together and recommend blogs from other cultures or different parts of the world. It assists readers as well as other bloggers find undiscovered and new blogs.
1. Appfrica - Appfrica is a blog from from Jon Gos, based in Uganda. The blog covers technology news with a particular focus on Africa. I really enjoy his writing and he recently organised BarCamp Campala.
2. StartupsNigeria - Startups nigeria comes from Loy Okezie that covers technology news and startups with a particular focus on Nigeria. Loy is also a contributor here at startupafrica.
3. Bad Entrepreneur - Bad Entrepenuer is a blog out of South Africa, and i find the concept interesting, it aims to celebrate the failures of the less then perfect entrepreneur(who actually is perfect?). I think some of the best lessons can be learnt by analyzing why things have failed.
4. Digital Garage - Digital Garage from Eve Dmochowska is a resource for entrepreneurs, investors and programmers with listings for each category.
5. StartupArabia - StartupArabia is a blog out of Tunisia by Mohamed Marwen Meddah that covers the startup news in the arab world, the site is also multilingual and is available in Arabic as well.

The One-Project from Nomad-One - The blog and project is dedicated to uplift of society in general by sharing of knowledge and networking.
